Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The exact timing depends on your financial institution:

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To keep our collection fresh and hygienic for all our fashion lovers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Anklets that have been removed from original packaging
  • Bag charms with signs of wear
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Exchange-Only Items

For athletic sneakers and boots, we can only offer exchanges for size issues within the 15-day window, provided they show no signs of wear and have original soles intact.

International Returns

Since we serve fashion lovers globally (except some remote areas in Asia), international returns follow the same process. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties or international return shipping costs.
